Turning sound into light wavelengths.

3 – 30 um wavelength. Pendulum the atoms distanced to allow controlled magnetic  interactions within asynchronous half lifes rotation until the wavelength changes to nm amplitude and it should create a heat to use within a laser. It would have a waveform to pulse within depending on its range in need of travel/distance of (c^2)n+atoms interacted with*vacuums*3 distances traversed to map and navigate. Throw out extenders to further the network. 

Change the rates based on last known connections until deflections occur and send out an extender plus alignment focusing materials to navigate the universe a bit. 

You could also automate with a.i. how to do the above through simulation of element types*all gravitational ranges relative to E =Mc^2 over time. I think. There are other laws in need to learned useful for optimization.
