Today started out well. Had some sleep after a three day mania high. Got up at a healthy hour. Stretched twice. Had a chat with you both. Now may hands ache after a nights of severe back pain which means after the 17 hour days ramping up my upkeep I need a day to rest the body. Its unfortunate but a necessary condition of good work done in my life.
