The carbide neutron gamma ray emitting device using the slit experiment by definition: By Jordan Townsend, Feb. 1st, 2022 12:48 am.

Needs: carbide electron blade to heat the unwanted molecules to get to root of issue as quickly as possible. Possibly cut it out if needed, or to aim for neutrons.

10 picometer reduction ratio of 120pm:12pm:1.2pm fine tuning. Three levels of c triple bonded c carbide junction for phone to pass through with height allotments below.

With reduction Height ratios of 103.92305pm:10.39230pm:1.03923pm fine tuning.

10 pm reduction pulsed gamma ray equivalent.

So fire an X-ray at the systems bonds (blue light). As it passes through the primed three layers of carbide it will change wavelengths only allowing the faster traveling wavelength through, and if the ratios of Height are correct to a degree you can get down to 10.39230 plus or minus 1.03923 picometers allowing for an artificial gamma ray burst to occur to launch a neutron or series within the cell to destroy it. It may need to be timed down to the right partial of a second pulse-wise but it should allow for easy safe destruction of a cell, say cancerous, and then you use the blade to cut out the rest. It also allows for spectra down to almost the single picometer and can get sub-picometer if a fourth layer is added if possible to 0.9 Height ratio.
